Doug Kaye's IT Conversations continues to dazzle me with excellent content. I really enjoyed the presentations given at OSBC2005 in San Fran just last month. They triggered many ideas about developing and marketing the "open source way" involving community, architecting for modularity and re-use, looking at "core" vrs "context" value, and other fresh approaches to application and product development. Doug republished several podcasts from OSBC2004, which were still timely and thought-provoking, so be sure to check both lists for good stuff.
Of the Open Source presentations I listened to I put three in my KEEPERS folder. A podcast has to be truly exceptional to find itself in that folder, since I rarely keep a podcast after I listen to it. The three OSBC podcasts I kept to hear again (and highly recommend!) are
